GUARANTEE


All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment and we will gladly replace the animal or refund your money. Live arrival and your complete satisfaction are guaranteed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed upon.



PAYMENT


All orders must be paid in full prior to shipping. Prices of animals do not include shipping charges.

Payments are to be made in the form of a Postal Money Order, Cashier's Check or PayPal (verified shipping addresses only).

Animals can be put On Hold, but require a 25% deposit.

Balance is to be paid within 14 days.

Deposits are non-refundable.



SHIPPING


Animals are shipped over night via UPS. Shipping is Mon.-Wed.

Due to increased costs by UPS, shipping is no longer a flat fee. Shipping costs will now be based on actual UPS rate plus a $5 charge for shipping supplies. We apologize for the change.

Someone must be home to receive the package or live arrival guarantee is void.

Some orders may be held back, if I feel it is too hot or cold to ship. If you decide we should ship anyway, Guarantee no longer applies.

We will contact you via phone or e-mail before shipping.

We are not responsible for any problems due to carrier delays.
